This tour was led by Petra Donadic and was absolutely excellent. We started in a van going up to Mirogoj Cemetery with its beautiful buildings and plots. We then drove down to the Green Horseshoe area and began the walking part of the tour and saw monuments, historic buildings and had a food tasting of Kulen and Strukle along with some Rakija. All very good. We then took the funicular up to the Upper Town and toured their - many beautiful buildings, monuments, and St. Mark's Church. After leaving the area we walked down to a restaurant where we had Sarma and Gemiste. Both were excellent. We then walked the Lower Town visiting the Cathedral, the market, buying chocolates and finishing up in the 360 deg. observatory. Petra provided a lot of information on history and culture and was so pleasant. I thoroughly enjoyed this tour and would recommend it to anyone who wants to know Zagreb.

Great tour! Our guide Filip possessed so much knowledge and enthusiasm! Our tour occurred on a rainy day, yet Filip made sure we did not miss any site. His English was absolutely perfect, Filip was very professional, yet very personable. Food tastings through out the tour were very nice feature - good authentic food. The tour ended up at the lounge in the observation touwer, where we were able to stay for a few more hours to relax and enjoy.
