An incredible experience! I was terrified going in because of negative reviews from a couple of years ago, but completely relieved as soon as I got there. The staff put me at ease, answered all of my questions, and were very professional and confident in what they were doing. I felt completely safe the entire time. We purchased the Touro Pass directly on their website. We could do this since we rented a car. I believe it cost more on other sites because you’re part of a tour group. We started with the 7 zip lines to see how we liked it before doing the Beast and Monster. We loved it, but ran out of time so we had to decide between the Beast and Monster. We chose the Monster and it was incredible! We would’ve loved to do the Beast as well, but we had a plane to catch. My only suggestion for improvement on their end is to maybe change the length of time the tours take. Ours should have been 2-2.5 hours for all of it, but it 2.5 just for the 7 zip lines. It didn’t feel that long because it was awesome, we just had a lot of people in our tour group. You could spend all day there and love it! We went on a Thursday and got there at 9:30. It gets busier as the day goes. They were super kind and let us do the 10:00 tour even though I scheduled the 9:00 tour. We paid $44 for all 4 of our to have our pics taken on zip lines 2&3 and the photographer did an excellent job and we received over a 100 digital pics! We also paid $10 each for our Monster pics. They accommodated my son with a helmet for a Go Pro and were willing to hit record for him each time. If you’re in Puerto Rico, don’t miss out on this amazing experience!

The total Zipline experience was about 10 minutes out of 2.5 hours. The rest was waiting In lines. Not worth $100 per person…

We did the zip line adventure tour followed by the monster. It was worth it. All the employees were super professional and kept us moving and made the experience enjoyable. You’ll be zip lining above the tree tops taking in the forest. Both tours took about three hours combined with minimal down time. We did eat lunch at their coffee shop, sandwiches were really good just a bit slow to make. My kids were 11,13,14 and loved every minute. Would suggest eye covering for the monster, sunglasses were fine as gets going fast enough that the wind could make hard to see. Did not need a strap to keep sunglasses on. Was a bit of a drive to get there but we’ll worth it. We started at 9am which left us the rest of the day to chill on the beach.

10/10 would recommend! We purchased directly from the Toroverde site so I’m not sure if there is a price difference. But for the price, it is very worthwhile. We did both the Monster and the Beast. The first leg of the Monster is amazing! It is long, fast, and gorgeous. The second leg of the monster was our favorite. You are very close to the trees so it really feels like you’re flying through the forest. It is also slower than the first leg so it is easier to see and keep your eyes open in the wind. The beast was pretty mid, so you could definitely skip that if you want to save some money. The gear is in good condition and you feel very secure in flight. It was actually the most comfortable zip lining rig we’ve ever been in. It was easy to check in, but the parking was terrible. Plan to get there early to give yourself to walk up from the additional parking down the hill.

The day we visited 12/29 they were double booked, or so the staff member told us. When booking, they state that if you do multiple activities, they dictate the order on day of arrival. We arrived early and checked in. There was no information given on the itinerary or how to proceed. It took us 1.5 hours to get equipment to start the first activity which was zip lining. Each platform had a 30-45 minute wait. On 3 platforms we arrived to find nobody working and huge backups. I actually called the main from platforms to tell them to send people. When the management drove up to the platforms after being summoned guests were asking for water. The zip lining was a 5 hour process and by the time we were done our family as well as many others around us felt dehydrated, dizzy snd nauseated. No bathrooms either. I wish they had told at the base to bring up extra water. We had 3 activities planned and only got to do 2 Picture says it all

We have done several ziplines, including in Hawaii and Nicaragua. This one is hands down the best in terms of the scenery, and is the most exhilirating in terms of line length and height. The only major issue was the size of the group. There were too many people in our time slot, which led to long wait times at each platform.

I paid the advertisement price which was to include the monster ride and it didn’t. What is published online isn’t what you get on person. Additionally, they don’t tell you in advance that you have no service when you’re ready to leave. They get the locals to drive you back to town for no less than 150.00 when I paid Uber 45.00 to get there. The park would’ve been a great experience less the scams.

At first I was very nervous but after that third round I started to get used to it it was a great experience conquering my fears
