My tour guide was angel & he was amazing! He gave us so much information on the actual culture and lively hood. He was very interactive and answered a multitude of our questions + kept us laughing inbetween. As far as the zip-lining I would definitely recommend coming fully hydrated and rested because the altitude is different on the mountains and the heat is draining! ( i would not recommend drinking the night before or booking this excursion on your first official day of vacation) (They do have a side pouch on the harness for water).

Okay this was honestly the best thing I booked on my trip. Especially for the price. The staff was friendly and when the bus came to pick me up he actually called me out by name. The only problem. The time the tell you for pick up might not actually be the time they arrive and waiting in the heat while also seeing other buses from the same company pass you by will make you nervous. There’s 12 lines and you ride all of them. For those slightly out of shape there will be points you have to hike. It’s not impossible but definitely a workout. Overall it was fun and the staff is super friendly.

How nice everyone was with explaining everything. The bus ride was amAzing. Ruddy was the best. He gave us a tour on our way to zip line. From pick up to drop off everything was fantastic.

The transportation arrived at our resort on time and was comfortable. Our host for the long ride to the facility was entertaining and accomodating. The staff at the zipline were courteous, efficient, and patient. The views were incredible and the rides were exhilarating!

This was an amazing experience! The views were so pretty and the staff was very helpful. If you like to get your adrenaline pumping and aren't afraid of heights, this is an awesome way to spend your time when visiting the Dominican.

When we did this 13 yrs ago for the 1st time, we have been comparing it with other zip lining. No match. The best time. Now there is more stairs and walking but overall so much fun! Thanks for a great day!

Our family had such a great time zip-lining! Two of the four of us had never zip lined before and had a blast. Some of our group had no experience with ziplining and they loved the experience. Be prepared to walk upstairs. Since there are 12 zip lines, stairs are frequent. We just took little breaks as needed. I highly recommend the zip-lining experience, it was great!

Large cowards and groups. Waited over 45 minutes for the first ZipLine. Then to sped up. Should have been done in a lot smaller groups. Several zip lines designed poorly and you would stop before the end. And have to pull yourself to the end.
