  • On the day of our tour it was about 74 degrees, but they had us put on the flotation suits and gave us hats and gloves. After getting on the boat and heading out, it quickly cooled off we were glad for the hats and gloves. Our guide was great! We saw lots of Orca's, several Humpbacks, seals and sea lions. Going on the smaller boat compared to a larger one made the picture opportunities better. Our guide made it a point to take us way out and made sure to give us ample time to take plenty of photos. The entire trip was well worth the money spent, I highly recommend this excursion.

  • Excellent! Our guide was very knowledgeable on the species and helpful. We saw killer whales and a humpback, seals and sea lions. Beautiful tour and well worth the money!

  • We had an amazing tour. We saw orca's, humpbacks, and seals. It was such a fun trip, and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a a new way to whale watch!

  • Our guide , Mark, really knew his stuff. He took us to an area he had been researching and we saw three Orcas! We got some great pics of a mother, baby and older male. We then rode out to Racer? island where we saw sea lions and eagles. We, unfortunately, did not see a humpback, it was not meant to be. Yes, it was raining, cold and the water was choppy. What do you expect? We were in the bay, hunting whales, remembering that they are wild creatures and we are blessed to see them. We had full suits, hats and gloves that were provided and sized for us. These protected us from the elements and we were able to fully enjoy the roller-coaster feeling boat ride. It was a major rush to bounce on the water while trying to follow the family. The staff was great and the tour was a must do. I am glad we were in a smaller boat rather than a big one. We could follow more quickly and it was quite thrilling when the whales swam right toward us! Thanks for a great time! Thanks for the cocoa after as well!

  • This trip was awesome! Had a great guide that found an amazing killer whale spot!

  • Great experience, highly recommend it while in Victoria, definitely the highlight of our trip, we got to see a humpback whale the only down size is we were a bit sore the next day but it was well worth the few aches and pains! we did sit in the front row of the boat which is the most bumpy but the ocean conditions were a bit rougher than normal the day we went, regardless we would do it again!
