Hello, We had a great time and tasting chocolate in different forms was really amazing. Thank you so much!

I automatically deducted one point for having a dirty windshield. It is hard enough to take photos on a moving bus, but when the windshield is dirty on a SIGHTSEEING TOUR, it guarantees worsened visibility and photos. These kind of details are important and when I mentioned it to the driver Francesco, he poo poo’d me. I will include a photo. Enough on that topic. The tour was otherwise enjoyable and interesting. Zurich is beautiful and we got to enjoy a sample of it on bus, on boat, on light rail and by foot. Gallus our tour guide was very knowledgeable. The Lindt Chocolate Headquarters tour was awesome. My one other construction criticism is that the stopping point for photos at the top of Zurich Hill wasn’t that picturesque. We were not able to get photos of Lake Zurich below from that spot because the view was impeded by houses. If you fix those two things, I would recommend the tour as a nice way to get a taste of beautiful Zurich in an afternoon.

Tour guide was friendly and informative. Bus was impeccable. Sites chosen were wonderful. Of course, Lindt was delicious.

Had a great driver and tour guide, it was clear there was walking, but some people on tour didn’t read well and were caught off guard by the walking, we loved it to get in and see things.

Oh my gosh. So many free samples given that you'll never want to eat chocolate again. Lol They keep this place in pristine condition. It's beautiful and fun.

This tour was just fine. I would suggest a separate walking tour, driving tour, boat tour, and/or chocolate factory tour if you don't have time for all then this works as a condensed version. I just felt it was very rushed. The tourguide did not speak quickly enough. Also as others have pointed out there was no time to get food, so I'm glad that I knew this and packed a sandwich to eat. I also suggest planning to leave the group after the chocolate factory so you can take your time there and find your way home with the free transit pass. Also make plans to use your free transit pass for that evening and the following morning so you get your money's worth.

Francesca was excellent & very helpful, took us to the bus station. She knew her stuff around the city of Zurich vacation.

  • 03-Nov-2022

Nice introduction tour of Zurich and the cruise on the lake is enjoyable. Save space for loads of chocolate tasting. Our tour guide gave us a nice tip about the "seconds" section in the store at the end. These are the same high quality chocolate with slight imperfections on packaging.

Extremely arrogant tour guide. There was nothing in the city tour. We couldn’t see how the chocolates are made.

  • 29-Oct-2022

What a disaster! Short walk through old town and couldn’t hear guide. Instead of the coach taking us to Lindt, we were to take public boat transportation to Lindt. The boat didn’t have a reservation and didn’t have room for all. Half the tour entered the boat only to exit before departure. Not all the tour knew to get back off. We then took public transportation to Lindt, which was packed with drunk kids. Where was the chartered tour bus we were on. The only positive, Lindt was great. We would have been much better off and cheaper doing on our own. Tour didn’t end until 3, with no lunch or bathroom breaks.
