Excellent -informative and the tour guide was very knowledgeable and courteous. I recommend it - had a great time.

Zurich is very small , you can do the tour on your own and the chocolate factory is free to enter. You can also buy a all day transportation pass and includes the boat ride . That's why is not worth it. You can do it all for less money and at your own time

we had fun with the walking tour and the boat tour. We were then let off at the outlet and had to wait a very long time to get our ride back to town. it was a wonderful day other than that.

  • 29-Jul-2019

Way too high price, it's very easy they can reduce the tour prices, for this amount I feel not worth. Nothing much to see. Not enough to given to spend in respective locations to get pictures, lot of time wasted in chocolate outlet. Tour heading with Lindt chocolate factory visit, but reality they visited a small outlet with chocolate displayed

The information given was just right not to much and the tour was kept moving at a good steady pace. To bus trip was good then onto the walking tour of old Zurich. Then we loaded the boat had a nice ride around the lake to depart at the chocolate shop. Prices were great

We had an amazing tour experience with the guide Ainti. She took extra ordinary care of all her tourists

Had a wonderful time on the Zurich tour. It was a beautiful day and really enjoyed the lake cruise.there was a .lot more walking then I expected and was not told there would be. But other than thatthe guide was great.

This tour was excellent when we took it in 2017. We had a great guide and a small group that continued on the cruise and to the chocolate factory. I'm not sure why Viator and the tour company had us on the list for the same day a year later. The tour company called to see why we were not at the meeting point. Can you make sure there is no cost implications to this mix up?We visited in September 2017 but that is not one of the choices below.

  • 29-Jun-2018

Great tour, however there was a decent wall to the chocolate factory.
