Neemrana Fort- Flying Fox

Start your day with an early morning drive to the Neemrana Fort. one of the many heritage sites in Alwar, this fort has now been converted into a hotel. The specialty of this palace is that it is one of the few heritage ziplining experiences can be enjoyed here. Viewing the entire fort, and the beauty of the majestic Aravalis from a height of 1250 meters is a must have experience!

Sariska Tiger Reserve

Sariska Tiger Reserve is a national park located around 2 hours from the Neemrana Fort. After a morning glide and a scrumptious brunch, head to the reserve for an early afternoon safari. Home to the Royal Bengal Tiger and a number of other big cat species, deer, monkeys and birds, this reserve has become popular recently due to its continuous efforts and contribution to Project Tiger.

Garbhaji Falls

One of the best markets to go shop and eat, Malakhera Bazaar is located in the heart of the city. After a thrilling day, head here for the perfect end to the day, with a little more excitement. Local delicacies like kachori can be enjoyed here, but nothing like a matka kulfi to treat your sweet tooth!

Day 2: A walk into the past...

Tour the forts and the city on the second day. Walk through the majestic corridors and gardens and know more about what all went into making this beautiful city!

Bhangarh Fort

Head to the Bhangarh Fort in the morning. It is a 17th-century fort, which in parts, lies in ruins. You can still view the courtyards, the gardens, the rooms, and the royal courtroom, all of which are impressive. There are a stream and a pong in the garden, which is a quiet place to spend some time.

City Palace

Next, head back to the city for a tour. Start with Alwar City Palace. Built in the 1700s by Raja Bakhtayar Singh, it is also known as Vinay Vilas Mahal. A number of sites are located within the premises and vicinity of the palace, including the government museum and Moosi Maharani Ki Chhatri. After touring this palace, head for lunch.

Bala Quila

Known as one of the oldest forts in Alwar, Bala Quila dates back to the 1500s. With a design that includes towers and courtyards, its unusual architecture is what is remarkable. The entire of Alwar and gorgeous views of the Aravali Range can be viewed from here. It is also known as the Alwar Fort, and you can trek up the hill too.

Tomb of Fateh Jang

A must visit monument when in Alwar, the Tomb of Fateh Jang is famous for displaying a blend of Mughal and Indo Islamic architecture. Not only are the exteriors of this tomb impressive, but the intricacies of the designs used inside the tomb are mesmerizing, to say the least.
