How to see Bali in 4 days?
Day 1 In Bali
Bali Zoo and Bali Bird Park are two tourist attractions that are located close to one another. Starting the trip by doing justice to them is a great idea. Bali Zoo is famous for its exciting events that are unique and provide once in a lifetime experience. Whether it be having breakfast with the orangutans, or dining with the exotic elephants, this zoo is on the top when it comes to entertainment. Home to a number of animals including lions, tigers, snakes, crocodiles and birds, you can enjoy the morning here. Next, the Bali Bird Park is an addition to the exciting interaction that you have had in the morning. More than 1000 birds have made this park their home, and mind you, they don’t mind showing off! A number of restaurants are available in the premises where you can enjoy lunch.
After lunch, head towards Jimbaran Bay to enjoy the relaxing beach life. And as the day ends, watch the beach come to life! Not as crazy as Seminyak, but definitely offering nothing less, spend the evening at the local clubs, or having a romantic dinner on the beach.
Day 2 In Bali
Start off the second day with a sunrise trek up Mount Batur. An active volcano in Bali, it is often a major tourist spot drawing nature lovers who want to catch the first rays of the sun. it is best to book a Mount Batur sunrise trek tour, as cooking breakfast on the volcanic steam and enjoying it gazing at serene views is an experience that should not be missed. After the trek and breakfast, you can make your way to Tirta Empul Temple, stopping by at the Balinese Coffee plantation on the way. Have a traditional lunch before your visit to the temple. Tirta Empul Temple is a water temple. Important as a Hindu, as well as a Balinese site, this temple has a freshwater stream that is considered holy. A great way to refresh yourself after the trek, you can know more about the customs, the legends and take a dip in the holy waters. You can leave this temple late afternoon and make your way to Taman Ayun Temple, another important site in the vicinity. Famous for being one of the finest temples of Bali, the architecture is mesmerizing, to say the least! Surrounded by tall trees and fresh grass, it is the perfect end to the eventful day.
Day 3 In Bali
The third day is kept entirely for the water lovers. Coming to Bali and not diving into its marine wonders is no less than a sin! And what better place to enjoy SCUBA diving, snorkeling and other water sports than Jemeluk Beach! While on the beach, you can also get a traditional medical massage, indulge in seafood delicacies and of course, laze around in the sun!
Day 4 In Bali
4 days in Bali must also include Tanah Lot Temple and Legian Beach. Famous for being one of the seven sea temples around Bali, Tanah Lot Temple is located on a small rocky island. While a number of Balinese legends can be explored here, one interesting belief is that poisonous sea snakes live under the temple to protect it from evil. End your vacation by exploring the beauty of another famous beach of Bali, the Legian Beach. While Kuta Beach ranks number one in terms of popularity, the one that follows is this one.
