Day 1 In Beijing

This beautiful palace has houses the kings of Ming and Qing dynasties from 1420 to 1912. The entire complex of Forbidden City comprises of 90 palaces and 980 small buildings. At present, the palace houses a museum displaying unique wooden structures and is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Soon after the tour of Forbidden City, you can head to the Tiananmen Square of Beijing which is one of the largest city squares in the world. This 10-thousand-mile-long wall was earlier concepted in the 5th and 8th centuries BC while the construction began in the 14th century AD during the Ming dynasty. The wall was built to protect the Chinese borders from the invasions of foreigners.
There is a huge scenic area around the wall where you can have a relaxing day. In addition to this, there are some hiking trails too.
