What to see in 3 days in Mykonos?

Day 1 in Mykonos

To embark on your Mykonos 3 days 2 nights feat, it would be lovely to begin your day with a visit to the Mykonos’ most photographed church, the Church Of Paraportiani. Perched in Chora’s neighborhood of Kastro. Literally translating to “Our Lady of the Side Gate”, the church derives its name from its location adjoining the Kastro’s entrance. The fact that the construction of this church took three centuries, having been started in the 14th century and completed in the 17th century, adds to its enigma. Lying just ahead of the Church Of Paraportiani is the serene beach Little Venice. A lovely spot to spend a few hours being a beach bum followed by a hearty meal at the many bars and restaurants surrounding it, Little Venice is divinely beckoning. Don’t forget to go window shopping at the many boutiques fringing this beach.

After a few hours of a fulfilling afternoon siesta, the Windmills make for a fabulous stop. Lying just a few meters from the Little Venice Beach, the Windmills of Kato Mili hold historic significance. With a construction dating back to the 16th century, these windmills feature thatched roof. The four windmills are places in a consecutive order and are a signature sight on most pictures of Mykonos’ travel. A great idea would be to hike your way up here from the Little Venice Beach. Bestowing you with panoramic views of the region, visiting here is a must. Call it a day or let’s say begin it, heading to the Paradise Beach which is fondly referred to as the party beach of Mykonos owing to the abundance of clubs here.

Day 2 in Mykonos

After partying away into Day 2, the Paraga Beach serves as a great location to just relax and take a chill. Featuring a handful of shops, cafes and restaurants this beach is all what you need to enjoy the tranquility of Mykonos. Should you seek some more recreation towards the evening, make your way to the moderately bustling Platis Gialos Beach. This beach has the right balance of beauty and activities to keep you engaged.

Day 3 in Mykonos

It’s hard to get enough of the beaches in Mykonos. Begin your last day in Mykonos by treading to the quiet and very clean Elia Beach. Counted as a good beach to visit with family, against the party beaches, Elia Beach is alluring. Then, for a much-needed break head to the quaint village of Ano Mera. The most populated village on the island, Ano Mera has a handful Cycladic attractions like the Cloister, that are a must-watch. Finally, conclude your itinerary with another beach- the Panormos Beach!

Making for a good Mykonos Itinerary 3 Days these attractions are certain to leave you with one cherishing Greek sojourn.
