You can choose between any of the numerous companies that offer these swamp tours. Have a quick lunch and then spend the rest of your first day in New Orleans wandering in the French Quarter neighborhood. This National Historic Landmark is also known as Vieux Carré. It is packed with many attractions including The Historic New Orleans Collection, Jackson Square, Lalaurie Mansion, St Louis Cathedral, and many more.
