How to see Paris in 4 days?

Day 1 in Paris

Start the first day in Paris by visiting the iconic landmark of the city- the Eiffel Tower. You would love to get clicked and enjoy the city views from the top floor of the tower. Just a 10 minutes’ walk from this, and you will reach the Flame of Liberty. Walk through the manicured gardens and beautifully placed trees of Jardin d’Erivan. Take a stroll on the bridge of Pont Alexandre III admiring the views of the river. You can also go for a ferry ride here. Later, you can take a walking tour of the Montmartre and visit its basilica, dine at its restaurant, and buy a souvenir from a classy shop. Come back to the Eiffel Tower to see its grandeur at night.

Day 2 in Paris

On the second day of your 4 days in Paris, you can take a trip to VFZersailles. Trains from Paris to Versailles are easily available. Visit the Palace of Versailles and explore different attractions present in its complex such as the King’s Apartment, the Hall of Mirrors, Petit Trianon, gardens and more. The beautiful chandeliers of the palace will blow your mind. Also visit the Château de Malmaison that has been a one-time home to Napoleon and Josephine.

Day 3 in Paris

Discover the world’s largest collection of artworks at The Louvre. Located on the right bank of Seine, this museum is home to “Mona Lisa” and will let you indulge in French culture. Walk through the manicured gardens of Tuileries Garden and head to the fresh food market of Paris called Les Halles. Cross the river to reach its left bank and stop by Sainte-Chapelle. Here you can take another walking tour of the buildings like Conciergerie and the famous medieval cathedral Notre-Dame de Paris. There are many restaurants on the riverside where you can taste the local flavors.

Day 4 in Paris

You have come to Paris and you haven’t shopped anything, then you are missing an important part of your trip. Paris is heaven for shopping and the place where you should find yourself for great retail therapy is Champs-Élysées. This popular avenue is lined by classy boutiques, art museums, and retail stores. After exploring this, you can save some time for other attractions located nearby such as National Museum of Modern Art, Palais de Tokyo, Arc de Triomphe etc.
