What to see in Santorini in 7 days?

Day 1 and 2

On the first two days of your trip, you can explore the beaches and nearby attractions of Santorini. Start with Paralia Vlichada beach. Close to this, you will find the Tomato Industrial Museum. You will learn about the cultivation and production of cherry-like tomatoes at this interesting museum. You can also visit Santorini Arts Factory. Enjoy your breakfast gazing at the secluded beaches of Santorini at THEROS wave bar. Head to Akrotiri to discover the ancient ruins related to the Minoan Bronze Age settlement. You can spend half of your day at this excavation site. Visit the Red Beach which is a heaven for photographers. On the other hand, if you are looking for an off-beaten path, you can stop at the Kambia beach or White beach. To see the black volcanic pebbles, the Black beach will be your next stop. You can also see the Akrotiri Lighthouse at evening to catch the most spectacular sunset of Santorini over the sea. Day 3 and 4

During these 2 days of your 7D6N Santorini itinerary, you will explore the central part of the island that mostly consists of the wineries and archaeological sites. Start from the Ancient Thira and discover the remains of the old city while gazing at the dramatic waves of the sea. You will need at least 2-3 hours to take a tour of this. Argyros O.E., ArtSpace Winery, and finally stop at the famous Santo Wines. At all of these wineries, you will taste the authentic wine of Santorini and also enjoy a delicious Greek meal. But only tasting the wine will not be enough. So, you can visit the Wine Museum to learn about the history of wine in this region. During these 7 days in Santorini, make a quick visit to the Argyros mansion as well. Evening can be well spent at the Monolithos Beach.

Day 5 and 6

On 5th and 6th day of the one week in Santorini, you will take a tour of the art galleries, museums, and buildings of the island. Click some wonderful photographs at Byzantine Castle Ruins. The maritime museum of Naftiko Mousio is quite close to this. Santorini is home to some beautiful churches and Ekklisia Panagia Platsani is one of them. Tour the village of Imerovigli and its cubic houses. Three Bells of Fira and the 17th-century mansion of Megaro Gizi will be your next destinations. Day 7

Save the final day of your trip to visit the island of Therasia, one of the islands of Santorini that was formed by the volcanic activity. The serenity and incredible natural beauty of Therasia is something that will take you back in time. There are some beautiful beaches on this small island such as Korfos, Kantharos, and Paralia Riva where you will find an escape from the crowd and spend a tranquil time.
