Morning in Seattle:

Pike Place Market and Seattle Waterfront

Start off your 24 hours in Seattle by heading towards Pike Place Market. Have a breakfast of a delicious pastry accompanied by a hot coffee at the original Starbucks here. Then look around to explore the market. You may find Post Alley and the Gum Wall to be of particular interest in the market.

Then look for Pike Place hill climb which is a series of steps leading to Seattle Waterfront. Walk down the steps and reach the waterfront to enjoy some pleasant time here. If you wish, you may opt for a boat cruise to access the tranquil water.

Space Needle, Fremont, and Ballard Locks

As the sun starts setting in the West, hurry up and head towards Space Needle. This is a 605 feet tall spire at the Seattle Center. The panoramic views of the city from its observation deck are breathtaking and will leave you awestruck. It also features a revolving restaurant. There are many other attraction at the Seattle Center.

If you wish, you may explore them or head towards the Fremont neighborhood. Here, you must first make a stop to observe the Ballard Locks. These locks are very fascinating as they keep the salty water separated from fresh water. You may even get to see boats and ships being raised and lowered as they are loaded into the locks.
