The La Medina is a space for handicrafts created in the year 1992. The space was created by Italian artist Coco Polizzi. It is just 4.5 kilometers away from the city center of Agadir. The artist has built the Medina using traditional Berber construction methods. This small open-air museum is spread over an area of almost 12 acres. It houses a museum, artisan workshops, an exotic garden, and a small hotel.
