Santa Claus Village, Rovaniemi Reviews
A very cool setting but it is pretty commercial and I missed the post office; only in the winter season you can visit that. The museum is very nice. For visiting the husky kennel, making a picture with Santa Claus and visiting the reindeer park you have to pay. Nevertheless there is a lot you can visit for free and there is a beautiful park where you can have a walk. There are holiday houses for rent. When I was there it was +27°C, so I have really a lot of respect for Santa Claus who nevertheless was in full tenue!! 8.5/10
What a magical place. Definitely a place to visit with kids, although adults can also enjoy the visit. Santa Claus village offers wide range of activities - you can send a postcard from Santa Claus’ post office, get a ride on a sleigh pull by a reindeer, shop for souvenirs, cross arctic circle but most importantly you can meet the man himself - Santa Claus! This place is pretty expensive, but I think it’s worth visiting, because the experience is breath taking.
The most amazing place in the world! Best holiday ever! Everywhere is picture postcard. So much fun things to do. A real magical Christmas holiday!
Very neat place! Wish it had been winter when we visited. But overall I highly recommend. Will definitely travel back at a later point.
Really expensive but unique place! Be careful of the second Santa’s reception office with a second Santa... especially if you are with kids who believe they just met the only and real one five minutes before!
