  • This is great park for everyone! There is a handicap accessible, big playground plus walking trails by the Ocmulgee River, covered Pavilions for a nice picnic lunch, benches under shady trees. It’s the perfect spot in the city to get away from the hustle and bustle for a while. It’s free, so go enjoy some family time together in this scenic park!

  • I absolutely love this place. It's so pretty and open and there is so much to do. The only thing I'd change is to add some shade over the playground equipment. I love the trails and the river overlook. It's beautiful and peaceful and good for the whole family.

  • Awesome place to to take a walk with family, exercise, run. Very safe. Close at 8 during the summer and 5 or 6 during the winter. City keep up with this park. I noticed there is a police present every time I come. No homeless person at this park. Highly recommended! Beautiful spot in Macon!

  • Perfect place to have a good time in the sun. Water tubing, kayaking, fishing and swimming are my favorite things to do here. Kid friendly, huge playground for kids of all ages. Also lots of trails for hiking. The current is very strong.

  • Awesome trails. I jad no idea until i got out there how many trails there were besides the paved ones. I found Joes pond which was a nice hidden treasure
