Volcano Bay Water Park - Review
Universal's Volcano Bay is the latest addition to many theme parks located at Universal Orlando. The theme park is inspired by Waturi, the native islanders who discovered Volcano Bay. There are many hotels located around the Volcano Bay Water Park if you are planning to stay inside the park. Ride at this water park includes: Krakatau Volcano, a large mountain that stands 200 feet above the park; Krakatau Aqua Coaster, a family slide that will send you plunging through a waterfall; Ko'kiri Body Plunge, a 70-degree fall through 125 feet slide; Kala & Tai Nui Serpentine Body Slides; and Punga Racers. Some other attractions include Waturi Beach, The Reef, Rainforest Village, and Maku Puihi.

Volcano Bay Water Park, Orlando Reviews
My family and i had a ton of fun at Volcano Bay! It's pricey but it's worth it. The park is absolutely beautiful!! The customer service is amazing. The water slides are a blast. The kids areas are so nice and my five year old had a great time. The lines were not horrible for a Saturday in September. Very tech savvy park. We rented the exclusive seating area which includes private lockers and we had our drinks and food served to us-Very nice. The lazy River was beautiful and lots of fun. There's too much to do. Definitely go for more than one day if you're able.
I visited the park last weekend and I enjoyed so much that I’m planning to go back one more time this year. Recommendations, you need the fast ticket if you are going in the high season. I went the weekend before school started and I was able to enjoy all the rides and repeat 2 or 3 times the one I loved it. Be ready for the food it’s super expensive $$$$ but you will have a great time with your family! Arrive early if you want to find a good spot to rest and relax. Have Fun!
Had a really good time! All the rides are super fun. The food is great, they even have a beer named volcano blossom which is pretty good. The park is not that big so the express pass is not really worth it. They will give you a wristwatch which you can scan at any ride and the watch will tell you when you can ride so you don’t have to wait in line and can go do other stuff. Overall a great experience for all ages. I definitely recommend it if you are visiting Orlando. Make sure you check the weather forecast because rides will close if there is thunderstorms or dangerous weather. Also bring a towel.
We had a great boys day out at Volcano Bay. It's the best water park in Central Florida by far. Highly recommend getting a Cabana if you have a group of people going together. It's well worth the extra money, Johnny our wait person attended to our every need bringing food and drinks whenever we needed them, even by sending him a text message, couldn't have been better.
Universal’s Volcano Bay is a spectacular, larger-than-life themed waterpark located in Orlando, FL. The park is situated around an impressive volcano. Attractions are massive and there is something for everyone. Food and beverages are themed to the tropical venue and serving sizes are plentiful and delicious. Universal Creative did a marvelous job at the transition experience from parking garage into the themed park environment. The park story unfolds as you move deeper into the experience. The only challenge, no fault of Universal Studios, is Florida’s regular summer storms. Any threat of lightning does close all attractions at this outdoor park. Universal takes guest safety seriously and does not budge with the weather policy. During summer season, I would opt for the up-charge power pass that allows guests to move to the front of each line.
