  • Beautiful Palace and it's on stop 8 of big bus tour (blue line). The palace had two sides open for viewing for public. Amazing garden on one side with palace opening to a grand view of the city. The landscape is beautiful on both sides. The cottage on one side is nice addition to the whole experience. The queue is not long if you want to go inside and see the beautiful palace. It's not far from the city centre and must visit place if you are in town...

  • A nice collection of paintings, including famous artists such as: Klimt, Monet, Renoir, Van Gogh, etc. The grounds here are really beautiful, it would be even nicer in the summer. Easily accessible by D tram. There is a small Christmas market here in December where you can have a quick meal or enjoy some arts and crafts. Overall, a nice visit but relatively expensive. The palace is divided into different sections “Upper” and “Lower” and each has its own admission fee (cheaper if you buy a combo).

  • Lovely from the outside and when you first walk into the upper Belvedere. Not so much past that. It was just an art gallery. And the best art gallery I've been to is the louvre in Paris and Victoria & Albert museum in London. Don't pay money to go inside, just admire it from the outside. It isn't worth the euros to go in.

  • Loved this place! Worth visiting the garden and the palace too. What makes it more fun is the chance to see the well-known painting: The kiss.

  • There are two palace in Belvedere. In Upper Belvedere have just paintings and also Klimt's paintings. But this is very very small gallery, it couldn't be even a quarter of Louvre. However it is more expensive than Louvre. The entrance to Upper Belvedere is 15 euro. Audio guide is 4 euro. They put some advertisements about painters, Monet, Manet on their websites...but Manet has one painting in the gallery and Monet has 3. Also Renoir like that... Disappointed...
